Justin Bieber Dominates American Music Awards...
It's sweet being 16, especially for Justin Bieber.
The teen idol dominated the American Music Awards on Sunday,
winning four trophies to go with ear-piercing squeals from
the girls at L.A.'s Nokia Theatre.
"I can't stop smiling," says Justin, who won for pop/rock male,
breakthrough artist, album of the year for My World 2.0 and
artist of the year.
In becoming the youngest artist to win the top AMA honor, Justin
invited Usher to the stage, calling the R&B star "not only my
mentor but my best friend and my big brother."
Usher picked up two awards, for male soul/R&B artist and for his
album, Raymond v. Raymond. Eminem also was a double winner for
male rap/hip-hop artist and for his album, Recovery.
Other winners included Lady Gaga for pop/rock female, The Black
Eyed Peas for pop/rock group, Brad Paisley for male country
artist, Taylor Swift for female country artist, Lady Antebellum
for country group and Carrie Underwood for country album of the
year for Play On.

Kourtney Kardashian's Son Hospitalized with Peanut Allergy...
Kourtney Kardashian's 11-month-old son Mason was rushed to the
hospital after having an allergic reaction to peanut butter, but
Kourtney says he's now "doing fine."
"Friday night Mason ate some peanut butter and had a little allergic
reaction to it," Kourtney, 31, wrote on her blog. "He threw up
within minutes of tasting it and got hives on his face. I called 911
and the fire department came immediately."
The responders advised the new mom not to take any risks.
"They suggested that we take him to the hospital, so we did," she
wrote. "He was in good spirits the whole time and didn't even know
anything was wrong. He even enjoyed riding in the ambulance. He's
such a good boy!!"
And, says the reality star, she now knows that a mother's instincts
are often right.
"I learned such a lesson with this ? to always follow my instincts
and call 911. Always better safe than sorry."

Lindsay Lohan Loses Porn Biopic Role to Malin Akerman...
Here's a lesson Lindsay Lohan is learning the hard way: even your
biggest fans won't wait around forever.
The makers of Inferno, who had stood by the troubled 24-year-old
actress through her legal struggles and rehab, finally had to part
ways with her as the filming date neared.
"Lindsay had scheduling issues due to legal obligations and is
continuing to focus on getting better in rehabilitation in Palm
Springs, and she really had to focus on that in our opinion, and
hers," says the film's producer, Chris Hanley. "For herself and
her career in general it was really her decision to just focus
on getting better psychologically."
Lindsay's rehab has been extended through Jan. 3 at least. She's
now settled in a "sober living facility" affiliated with the
Betty Ford Center in Rancho Mirage, Calif. The filmmakers also
had difficulty getting insurance for Lindsay.
She is being replaced by Watchmen Star Malin Akerman.
"Malin was passionate to take this challenge of the role to task,"
says Hanley, "and we feel she has the talent to meet that
challenge."

Arquette's Wild Weekend of Partying (and Tweeting) in Miami...
David Arquette appears to be living it up after his separation
from wife Courteney Cox.
David, 39, spent the weekend partying in Miami with pal Jeff
Beacher, and he Tweeted and posted photos of all the festivities.
The actor stayed at the Fontainebleau, where he hung out at LIV
nightclub and Arkadia. On Friday, he took time out to get a tattoo
of his grandfather on his right arm.
The next night, Arquette helped celebrate the two-year anniversary
of LIV, where an onlooker says, "He was surrounded by women."
David then posted a selection of photos showing him having a blast
and hanging out with friends. One shot shows him posing with a
pink-bikini-clad brunette, while another depicts him "chillin" with
some friends. And still another shows him dancing with some male
pals, of which he Tweeted: "Enjoying a little gay dance [party]."
By Sunday, it appeared David was running out of steam. Hanging out
at Jimmie Johnson's victory party at Arkadia, "He stayed to himself
[and] looked like he had a rough weekend of partying," says the
onlooker.
According to a source, David's behavior is, in part, fueled by his
separation from Courtney. "David's hurt," the source says. "He was
dumped by his wife of 11 years. His answer to that is to go out
and party and try to forget about everything and have fun."
Perhaps thinking he was revealing too much, David later insisted
he's just fine. "I know people think I've flipped my lid but I
haven't," he Tweeted Saturday. "I'm cool. Listen to Bob Marley's
"Soul Rebel" you'll know where I'm comin' from."

Prince William Hailed a Hero for Helicopter Rescue Mission...
Prince William has been getting a lot of attention since proposing
to Kate Middleton, but the royal grabbed a different kind of
spotlight when he was hailed a hero for his role in sweeping a
stricken hiker off a mountainside last week.
William, 28, piloted an RAF Sea King helicopter that was called to
help Greg Watkins, who was suffering from chest pains in North
Wales on the afternoon of Nov. 18.
The royal was part of a four-member crew that flew through a storm
3,000 feet over the magnificent mountain of Snowdon, North Wales,
to reach Watkins. The Sunday Mirror reports that Prince William
maneuvered through a break in the weather to guide the 72-foot
helicopter to a position that enabled the crew to reach Watkins,
45, who was airlifted to safety and taken to a hospital.
"I didn't know much about what was happening at the time. The
winchman helped me out and onto a stretcher and whispered,'Prince
William's just flown you here,' Watkins, a gym worker from Ebbw
Vale in South Wales, told the paper. It didn't really sink in
until I woke up after my operation. Now I think it's amazing."
"If it wasn't for him and the rest of his crew, I'd be dead.
Hearing his helicopter getting nearer and nearer was the best
sound that I've ever heard. They saved my life," Watkins added.
"He'd probably say he was just doing his job, but to me he and
his crew are heroes."
The prince spent the weekend at a bachelor party with friends,
taking in a Premier League soccer match at Blackpool and enjoying
the pleasures of the fairgrounds along the seafront.

*-*-* GUESS WHO *-*-*-
This actor was named Forbes magazine's "most overpaid" actor...
It's Will Ferrell...
"Isn't that the whole point?" he asks at the launch of 7-Eleven's
"Coffee Cup With A Cause." "I mean, aren't we all striving to be
overpaid?"
Apparently, it's not just about making it anymore, it's about
making it and then having someone say your overcompensated for
doing so.
"Apparently I'm living the American dream without even trying,"
Will, 43, says with a chuckle.
Fortunately for Will, if this whole acting thing doesn't pan out,
working on designing the cup that will benefit Cancer for College
may have uncovered some previously untapped talents.
"It's a combination of early Basquiat and early Rankin-Bass
claymation," he says of the rudimentary snowman sketch that
graces each cup. "Yes, it looks like a child drew it, but
that's the extent of my artistic expertise."
