Proverbs 3:21

My son, let them not depart from your eyes --
Keep sound wisdom and discretion;

Greetings Bible Enthusiast!

There is an urgency in the above exhortation. Do not let them depart from your eyes! That means always have them with you. Never ever let them go.I do not know if that wpuld be be possible without help. The good news is that there is help through the Holy Spirit.

God Bless You!

--TODAY'S BIT OF WISDOM/REFLECTION:

Peace with God brings the peace of God. It is a peace that settles our nerves, fills our minds, floods our spirits and, in the midst of the uproar around us, gives us the assurance that everything is all right.

--FEATURED FUNNY:

A young clergyman, fresh out of seminary, thought it would help him better understand the fears and temptations his future congregations faced if he first took a job as a policeman for a year. He passed the physical examination; then came the oral exam to test his ability to act quickly and wisely in an emergency.

Among other questions he was asked, "What would you do to disperse a frenzied crowd?"

He thought for a moment and then said, "I would take up a collection."
