Proverbs 10:12

Hatred stirs up strife,
But love covers all sins.

Greetings Bible Enthusiast!

We already dealt with the hatred part of this scripture. The second half of the Proverbs is one of my favorite scriptures for a family unit, be it husband and wife, father and son, mother and daughter, or sibling with sibling. We all are imperfect. We all sin. But love covers these sins--all sins. That is why a Christian marriage is able to last until death parts the couple, or how siblings can love each other through all the mistakes inevitable with growing up. I thank God that the above is true. Love does cover all sins!

God Bless You!

--TODAY'S BIT OF WISDOM/REFLECTION:

Holiness is not the way to Christ, but Christ is the way to Holiness.

--FEATURED FUNNY:

American idioms don't travel well. Case in point, this email my boss received from a Chinese businessman... "I apologize for taking so long to get this pricing to you, but I had to get all my ducts in the road."

--ANSWER TO TRIVIA QUESTION:

Q. In Mark 6, Jesus tells his disciples not to put on two what?

A. Tunics.

Mark 6:8-9

He commanded them to take nothing for the journey except a staff -- no bag, no bread, no copper in their money belts --but to wear sandals, and not to put on two tunics.
