Here's the Scoop...

Are you watching the Super Bowl right now? Enjoying the commercials and the Half Time Show, are ya?

I'm not tuning in because I don't have a horse in this race and I don't need six different multi-million dollar ads telling me Doritos are delicious. I know they're delicious. I have a tongue and a sense of taste. I get it!

Go Falcons!...I guess.

Be Well,
Steve

Beyonce and Jay Z expecting twins
Superstar couple Beyoncé and Jay Z are expecting twins.

The 35-year-old singer announced Wednesday on Instagram that she's pregnant and expecting twin children with the 47-year-old rapper.

"We would like to share our love and happiness. We have been blessed two times over," Beyoncé captioned a photo of her baby bump.

"We are incredibly grateful that our family will be growing by two, and we thank you for your well wishes," she added.

Beyoncé and Jay Z married in 2008, and are already parents to 5-year-old daughter Blue Ivy. The singer said in an ad for her performance wear line, Ivy Park, in September that her daughter inspired the collection.

"When I'm about to give up, I picture that one person that I love more than anyone," she shared in the promo. "I picture them wherever they are in the world and I imagine myself running towards them. I see their face and they're smiling and cheering. They're so proud of me."

Beyoncé last released the album Lemonade in April, which includes the singles "Formation" and "All Night." She is nominated for nine awards, including Record of the Year and Song of the Year, at the 2017 Grammy Awards, which will air Feb. 12 on CBS.

'Arrival' director Denis Villeneuve to helm 'Dune' reboot
Arrival director Denis Villeneuve will indeed helm the Dune reboot.

The 49-year-old Canadian director was confirmed Tuesday to direct a new adaptation of the Frank Herbert sci-fi novel.

"It's official -- Legendary Pictures has signed the very talented Denis Villeneuve to direct the exciting new DUNE series film project," Herbert's elder son, author Brian Herbert, announced on Twitter.

Villeneuve was first linked to Dune in December after Legendary Entertainment acquired the film and television rights to the 1965 novel. He previously expressed his interest in the project in an interview with Variety.

"I'm always looking for sci-fi material, and it's difficult to find original and strong material that's not just about weaponry," he said. "A longstanding dream of mine is to adapt Dune, but it's a long process to get the rights, and I don't think I will succeed."

Dune was previously adapted as a 1984 movie by David Lynch and a 2000 miniseries by John Harrison. The story follows the noble Paul Atreides, whose family controls the planet Arrakis, the only source of the coveted "spice" melange.

Villeneuve is known for Prisoners and Sicario, and most recently directed Arrival, which is nominated for eight awards, including Best Picture and Best Director, at the Academy Awards. He will also helm the Blade Runner sequel Blade Runner 2049.

Ruby Rose says she's 'very confident' in her sexuality
Ruby Rose says she's "very" comfortable with her sexuality.

The 30-year-old Australian actress discussed her "healthy sex life" and the prospect of marriage in the March issue of Cosmopolitan.

"I'm very confident and in tune with my sexuality. I feel very blessed for that, because in different places around the world, people can't be. I'm lucky I can explore," Rose told the magazine.

"I have a very healthy sex life, and there's something very empowering, strong, and feminist about being open and comfortable in that world," she added.

Rose, who identifies as gender-fluid, has dated designer Phoebe Dahl and models Lyndsey Anne McMillan and Catherine McNeil. She said in the interview that she's in no rush to get married, despite constant engagement rumors.

"According to the news, I've been engaged five times. For me, marriage is more about equal rights than the act of getting married," the star explained.

"I'm more interested in having a loving, healthy, long-term relationship with someone I might want to have kids with someday," she said.

Rose is presently dating The Veronicas singer Jess Origliasso. She couldn't help but gush about the 32-year-old Australian singer while attending the Los Angeles premiere of xXx: The Return of Xander Cage with Origliasso in January.

"She is the most amazing person," the actress told Entertainment Tonight. "We just jam every night. We just play music and sing and cook dinner, and she's amazing. She's wonderful."

"She's always such a [source of] moral support for me and a moral compass," she added. "I'm so glad she came tonight."

Rose is known for playing Stella Carlin on Orange is the New Black, and has since appeared in Resident Evil: The Final Chapter and xXx: Return of Xander Cage. She will star in John Wick: Chapter 2 with Keanu Reeves.

Adam Levine to get star on Hollywood Walk of Fame
Adam Levine will soon be honored with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

The Maroon 5 frontman and long-running coach on The Voice will receive the 2,601st star on the Walk of Fame during a ceremony on Feb. 10.

The event, which will be live-streamed on walkoffame.com, will feature speeches from Levine's Voice co-star Blake Shelton and rocker Sammy Hagar.

"Adam Levine fans have been patiently waiting for this day," Walk of Fame producer Ana Martinez said in a statement.

"Fans from around the world have been constantly checking with us saying, 'When? When?' Now is the time, and we invite all of Adam's fans to join us and enjoy Levine's 'moves like Jagger!' and hear his voice," she continued.

Levine, despite his time on The Voice, will be honored in the category of Recording, where he first started his career with Maroon 5.

??? Guess Who ???

Before landing her role on 'This is Us', which star said, 'I had 81 cents in the bank'?

Chrissy Metz says she had "81 cents" to her name when she landed This is Us.

The 36-year-old actress recalled in the March issue of Glamour her struggle as an aspiring actress before booking Kate Pearson on the NBC series.

"Some young women and I caravanned all the way from Florida, then lived in a two-bedroom apartment, three of us to each room, in Burbank," Metz recounted. "I paid my own way by nannying or finding odd jobs."

"I kept auditioning, with no savings and no money, credit card debt gaining interest. I went on unemployment. I bought ramen noodles at dollar stores. I never had to -- God forbid -- live in the streets," she said.

"People who supported me were like, 'If you don't have money for food, I'll cook you dinner,'" the star recalled. "I am so grateful that I had such an amazing support system, but when I booked This is Us, I had 81 cents in my bank account. I could cry right now just thinking about it."

This is Us proved an instant success following its premiere in September, and was renewed for two additional seasons in January. Metz, meanwhile, was nominated at the 2017 Golden Globe Awards for Best Supporting Actress.

"Getting the role of Kate has changed everything," the actress said. "It's crazy to go from not having enough money to buy food to getting free dinners."

"Mainly, I hope I can be successful enough to provide for those who supported me when I thought, I can't do this anymore," she shared. "There is something that happens when you are grateful: You continue to keep receiving blessings. So I will always be grateful."

This is Us co-stars Milo Ventimiglia, Mandy Moore and Sterling K. Brown, and airs Tuesdays at 9 p.m. ET. The series follows the stories and connections of several people who all share the same birthday.
