Bethany Hamilton, Surfer and Shark Attack Survivor, Welcomes First Child...
Pro surfer Bethany Hamilton and her husband, Adam Dirks, have welcomed their first child.

Hamilton, who lost her left arm in a 2003 shark attack, announced Monday on Instagram that she gave birth to a boy, Tobias, on June 1.

Hamilton, who lives in Hawaii with Dirks, wrote that Tobias was named after his great-grandfather. She said the name means "goodness of God."

"Adam and I so in love with our lil guy and are stoked to share life with him! #stokedmomma," Hamilton wrote.

Hamilton, now 25, was 13 when she was attacked by a tiger shark while surfing with a friend. She eventually returned to competitive surfing and wrote about her experience in an autobiography, Soul Surfer: A True Story of Faith, Family, and Fighting to Get Back on the Board.

Hamilton married Dirks, a youth minister, in 2013.

Anna Kendrick, Rebel Wilson Confirm 'Pitch Perfect 3' Return...
Both Anna Kendrick and Rebel Wilson confirmed Monday that they will be returning for Pitch Perfect 3, which was green-lighted by Universal Studios last week.

"Happening #3" Kendrick captioned an Instagram photo of herself holding up three fingers.

Wilson, who already let the news slip to a reporter last month, tweeted Monday: "I know I spilt the beans a little while ago, but at least now it's OFFICIAL!!

Universal also announced Monday that the film is slated for a July 2017 release.

Pitch Perfect 2 made an impressive $69.2 million when it opened last month, setting the record for the highest-ever opening weekend for a musical.

Though it's unclear whether Elizabeth Banks, who directed the sequel, will return for Pitch Perfect 3, the actress-turned-director welcomed the news on Twitter.

"It's on," she wrote.

Winona Ryder To Star in Duffer brothers' Netflix Series...
Winona Ryder is to star in the new, as-yet-untitled mystery drama Matt and Ross Duffer created for Netflix.

The Hollywood Reporter said Ryder will play a single mother whose child goes missing in the show, which is being described as a "love letter to the '80s classics."

Ryder's film credits include Lucas, Beetlejuice, Heathers, Reality Bites, The Crucible, Bram Stoker's Dracula, The Age of Innocence and Girl, Interrupted.

The Netflix project marks her first small-screen series.


Kristen Stewart Dating Assistant Alicia Cargile...
Kristen Stewart is dating personal assistant Alicia Cargile.

The 25-year-old actress' mom, Jules Stewart, confirmed the relationship in an interview with the Sunday Mirror.

"What's not to be accepting about her now having a girlfriend? She's happy," she revealed. "I've met Kristen's new girlfriend, I like her. What's not to accept? She's a lovely girl."

Stewart and Cargile have been linked since January, when they were spotted cozying up in Hawaii. The actress previously dated Twilight co-star Robert Pattinson, but the couple broke up after Stewart was photographed kissing director Rupert Sanders in 2012.

"They were a great couple, but she's 25 years old and I'd like to see her have a lot more life experience before she chooses someone to settle down with," Jules Stewart said of her daughter and Pattinson.

"I'm very sad that Kristen and Robert didn't have a chance to be alone together, they had to have the whole world with them and all the public stuff ruined everything, life became overwhelming," she explained.

Pattinson is currently dating FKA twigs, and made his red carpet debut with the British singer at the 2015 Met Gala in May. The pair are rumored to be engaged, and will not be inviting Stewart to their wedding, according to Gossip Cop.

It's Elizabeth Hurley... Elizabeth turned 50 years old Wednesday, and discussed her plans for her celebration and the future with Hello! magazine ahead of the milestone.

"I chose not to have a big party but several big lunches and dinners so I really get to see everyone I adore," she revealed.

"I'm expecting more of the same and them some," she said of the coming years. "I love my life, I love change and I love new experiences. Saying yes is so liberating; it's my favorite word."

Hurley kicked off festivities with her friends and family at her home Sunday, and enjoyed a Ladies Lunch with 11 pals Wednesday. The actress and friend Patrick Cox attended the "Shoes: Pleasure and Pain" exhibit at the Victoria and Albert Museum later that night.

"Great evening. Thank you best friends," she captioned a photo of herself at the museum on Instagram. "Thank you Patrick Cox @akaharrycox for being such a brilliantly loyal friend to me."
