'Mike & Molly' Canceled After Six Seasons, Says co-star Rondi Reed...
Actress Rondi Reed made the surprise announcement that the current sixth season of her sitcom Mike & Molly will be its last.

"Before you hear it elsewhere (and some already have) this is the Final and 6th Season of MIKE & MOLLY on CBS. It is also a shortened season (13 episodes) after the announced full renewal of 22 episodes back in March by the network. We are done taping as of January 27th 2016 and I am not sure exactly when/if the episodes will all be aired," she penned in a Dec. 9 Facebook post, which went viral over the weekend.

"The network has it's reasons, and I will not get into a debate, discussion, or campaign to get them to change their minds. Other venues were explored by WB and Bonanza Productions (Chuck Lorre) after CBS announced their intentions, but did not turn up a future for our show. It is a fact and we have known for a few weeks. I remain extremely grateful to have been a part of this and to have worked with a fabulous bunch of folks over the years. I have learned a lot about many things, including the Business we call Show. Also grateful for all the fans and for the personal support I have received over the (almost) 6 seasons. Stewart Talent has guided me every step of the way on this journey and for that I am also forever grateful."

Reed plays Mike's mother Peggy on the show. The title characters are portrayed by Billy Gardell and Melissa McCarthy.

Entertainment Weekly said it reached out to CBS Sunday, but the network declined to comment on Reed's remarks.

Eva Longoria Gets Engaged...
Actress Eva Longoria announced via Instagram Sunday that she has accepted her boyfriend Jose Antonio Baston's marriage proposal.

"Ummmm so this happened....#Engaged #Dubai #Happiness," Longoria captioned a photo of her kissing Baston.

Clearly visible on the hand with which she is touching her fiance's face is a large, ruby-and-diamond ring.

E! News said the Telenovela and Desperate Housewives beauty and her beau, who is an executive at Grupo Televisa, got engaged on a trip surrounding the Global Gift Gala at the 2015 Dubai International Film Festival. They began dating in 2013.

This will be Longoria's third marriage. The previous two ended in divorce.


Ben Affleck, Sienna Miller Spark Rumors By Holding Hands...
Ben Affleck and Sienna Miller sparked speculation on the set of Live by Night this week.

The 43-year-old actor and 33-year-old actress sent fans into a frenzy by appearing to hold hands between takes on the movie's set in Los Angeles. Both Affleck and Miller split from their respective partners, Jennifer Garner and Todd Sturridge, this year.

Sources told E! News dating rumors may be premature, saying, "He is directing her and his movie -- a movie in which he stars in. So while they not only share scenes, he directs her ... No one seems so be interested in those photos with him and his male co-stars."

"There are no signs of romance between them," an insider added to People magazine. "He has had some special scenes with Sienna, including kissing scenes. They seem to get along great, but Ben has acted very professional."

Affleck and Miller portray love interests in Live by Night, which is based on the Dennis Lehane novel of the same name, and opens in theaters in 2017. The actor was also spotted on set with a massive back tattoo, which sources told TMZ is 100 percent real.

Affleck and his wife, Garner, who share 10-year-old daughter Violet, 6-year-old daughter Sera and 3-year-old son Sam, announced their intent to divorce in June. Miller and partner Sturridge split in July. They share 3-year-old daughter Marlowe.

The popular musician who is taking a break from social media?

It's Ed Sheeran... He just wrapped up his world tour in support of X in Auckland, New Zealand, took to Instagram and Twitter to announce that he is "taking a break" from social media.

"Hello all. I'm taking a break from my phone, emails and all social media for a while," the singer posted. "I've had such an amazing ride over the last 5 years but I find myself seeing the world through a screen and not my eyes so I'm taking this opportunity of me not having to be anywhere or do anything to travel the world and see everything I missed."

Sheeran, who has 5.5 million followers on Instagram and 16 million on Twitter, addressed friends and family in the post and his fans, saying, "If you love me, you understand me buggering off for a bit, to my fans, the 3rd album is on its way and is the best thing I made thus far. See you all next autumn and thank you for being amazing."

The 24-year-old British singer will undergo eardrum surgery in January after jumping off a boat while on vacation in Spain earlier this year.

"I landed wrong, and it burst my eardrum so I have to go and get a graft, which means I'm not allowed to fly for a while, so it's kind of good [because] it means I have to stay at home," he said.
