Eva Longoria has ended speculation about the state of her love life following a reported split from Eduardo Cruz by dining out with the Spanish hunk in West Hollywood on Sunday night.
Eva and Eduardo were photographed leaving the Chateau Marmont bar, where locals reported they spent the evening holding hands.
Prior to their alleged split, the couple had been together for a year. A source close to the actress said that Eduardo had returned to his native Madrid.
The insider said, "They are staying friends."
Cruz is actress Penelope Cruz's brother.

Kevin Bacon nursing head injury...
Actor Kevin Bacon was admitted to hospital on Monday after injuring his head.
It is not known how the "Footloose" star came by the injury but he took to Twitter.com hours after his health emergency to alert fans he had had stitches at Atlanta Medical Center in Georgia.
Full of praise for the professionals who treated him, Kevin posted, "Cracked my head this morning. Thanks to AtlantaMedicalCenter for sewing me up! They had me in 'Stiches'."
Kutcher to play Steve Jobs in new film...
Actor Ashton Kutcher is heading back to the big screen to embark on a more serious role. According to reports, the actor is set to play the late Steve Jobs.
Reports confirm that Ashton will be taking on the role of the Apple co-founder in a new independent film, "Jobs." Directed by Joshua Michael Stern ("Swing Vote"), the biopic will chronicle Jobs' life beginning with his early hippie days.
While some are calling the resemblance uncanny, others wonder whether the usually goofy Ashton, best known for romantic comedies and his role on "Two and a Half Men," is the right man for the role.
The actor will begin filming while "Two and a Half Men" is on hiatus in May, according to reports.

Anne Hathaway's rep has hit back at reports the star has gone on a dangerous crash diet to shed the pounds for her role in Les Miserables.
"The Devil Wears Prada" actress has landed the role of doomed prostitute Fantine in the film adaptation of the hit stage musical, set in 19th Century France.
U.K. tabloid reports claimed Anne was on an extreme 500-calorie-a-day diet to lose 16lbs in just 20 days so director Tom Hooper can shoot the character's tragic death scenes.
However, the star's publicist has downplayed the rumors, saying, "She is losing weight for the part, but not that much. Just enough for her to look more frail, as she is playing a dying prostitute.
"She is consuming more than 500 calories. (The tabloids) are making something of nothing, as usual."
Hayek opens up about acne depression...
Screen siren Salma Hayek spiraled into depression after she was blighted by acne as she tried to break into movies.
The sexy Latina is famed for her good looks, but she insists she reached rock bottom after suffering severe breakouts of spots on her face during her mid-20s.
And the star was so depressed, she turned to food for comfort - and piled on the pounds.
She tells Lucky magazine, "You want to talk about bad skin? I had acne. And this acne was so bad it sent me into severe, severe depression.
"Like I couldn't leave the house. The next stage with that sort of depression is food - too little or too much. Guess what I did. I was fat and broken out. I couldn't leave the house and I couldn't pay the rent!"

The 21-year-old actress is said to have taken up writing and has been busy working on her debut book while on the set of her latest movie Snow White And The Huntsman.
Kristen has enlisted the help of her screenwriter mother Jules Stewart to help her find a publisher.
A source reveals, "Kristen began by writing short stories. She has been working on her novel while filming and has almost finished it. She's desperate to be a published writer in her own right."
