*** A WORD FROM THE KITCHEN ***
We're off to a race party this weekend for the Daytona 500
and I'm making my spicy meatballs (I call them high-octane
meatballs) where you take those oh-so-convenient frozen
meatballs and warm them in a crockpot with any jarred buffalo
wing sauce - so easy and I do blue cheese and celery to go
with it on the side. A yummy twist when you have a hankerin'
for wings but don't want all the work and mess of making those.
Here is another no-experience-required recipe for parties
I think you'll really enjoy a BLT PIZZA. This makes 4 servings
so make a few and cut up into smaller squares to go around.
Enjoy!

A FEW QUICK DRINK TIPS:
* If you drink beer, keep some beer mugs in your freezer.
A chilled glass makes all the difference.
* Pack a plastic container of frozen lemonade or iced tea in
the a.m., to keep food chilled and have as a drink by lunchtime.
* Try herbal tea when you make your next pitcher of iced tea.
* Add seltzer water to grape, cranberry or orange juice to
make a carbonated fruit drink.
