Keep Your Pets Dry and Comfortable with the Pet Absorb Towel

August 20, 2010

Greetings...

Today is one of those necessary "taking care of business" days where
it's much easier to address some issues to everyonbe rather than try
to answer hundreds and hundreds of emails personally...

The new archive section which was created to not only list all past
issues and have them easily accessible, but to make it easy to comment
one any column you want to comment on, seems to be giving people some
problems...

I have been sending in your emails to the office to see what the problem
is and after extensive tests all week, they are fully operational. Some
instructions that may be helpful if you want to comment for the first time,
or have previously commented on the blogs, but have had problems with the
new format...

You must register with a username and password and your email address.
Your email address will NOT be shown when you make a comment. You can
save your information to make commenting quicker when you go back. The
link to the archives will always be at the end of the newsletter, but
just in case, I will give it to you so can click it, bookmark it, and
go back to it anytime you want. I hope to see all of you come back and
share your views with me as well as each other. We have had some very
"interesting" exchanges in the past and I hope to get back to where
we were in the past, and that was... the most commented blog at Gophercentral!

The other bit of "business" I want to talk about is something that won't
be of interest to some people, but will be of interest to dog lovers,
which of course, I am one as well as the thousands of readers who I
know are dog lovers via all the emails I get with pictures, stories and
even jokes about pets...

It's no secret I have two Great Danes. It's also no secret that they are
big, loveable, and SPOILED beyond belief. I don't think there has ever been
a time that Flyboy and I have gone to Petsmart to get dog food that we didn't
come home with something "special" for the girls. I think if they were able
to speak, they would say, "What did you bring me mommy" because they will
always stick their noses in a bag as we bring one in, knowing there's
something in there for them...

They are so spoiled that they recived a package in the mail from my sister
on Tuesday from their "Aunt Anisa" all the way from Chicago. When I opened
the box, (after I pushed both of their noses out of the way), there were
3 soft "cuddly critters" in there. These are super soft animals that have
no stuffing in them which for me, is a Godsend...

Moosie grabbed one, Ginger grabbed one, Moosie grabbed another one, then
took Ginger's away from her and as usual, ended up with all three. MINE!
MINE! MINE!

I called to thank my sister and told her we already had two of these. I
saw them at Petsmart about a month ago and thought they were so cute. I
have never felt anything as soft as these critters and even though there
are two laundry baskets filled with toys in the family room, Moosie and
Ginger will dig through to find them. Moosie constantly walks around with
one hanging out of her mouth which given the state I live in, has made my
heart jump more than once when she has come through the dog door with one
of these hanging out of her mouth!

So far, she hasn't gotten bored with them and carries one or two, (or
three), of them everywhere she goes...

I couldn't believe the price that these are being sold for considering I
paid over double the amount for the ones I bought at Petsmart. At least the
ones I got from my sister cut the price per critter down! I don't know if
you have a pet who likes to cuddle with a stuffed animal like mine do, but
if you do, I bet they will love these and if you have two pets who have
been known to play tug of war and rip the stuffing out of a toy, this will
also save you a lot of mess and expense since you won't have to toss a
chewed up carcass of what used to be an animal!

I took a picture of Moosie napping with two of her critters and sent it
to my sister. I'm happy to say, Moosie is now featured on the site as
"Spokesdawg"...

I would have taken a picture of Ginger, but that shot would have been of
her pouting because her sister stole her critter again...

If you want to get a little more info on the cuddly critters or just want
to see a picture of my Moosie, (I'm such a stage mom huh?) Just click on
the link!

Have a great weekend everyone and give the archives a try so we can get
them going again!
