Just soak the Handy Kooler until the crystals expand. Now you
have a total body cooler. Tie it around your neck and it cools
the blood as it moves through your whole body. When you're done
wearing it, hang it over a towel bar or put on a counter.
You can soak and hand wash it gently with mild soap and hang it
to air dry. If you don't use it for a few days the crystals will
dry out to their original state (hard crystal form) and then can
be rehydrated and used again and again....
