Here's the Scoop...

I had no idea that "The Hunger Games: Mockingjay -- Part 2" opens nationwide on Friday. I still haven't seen "The Hunger Games: Mockingjay -- Part 1" yet! Is there going to be a Part 3? I'm so out of the loop.

I haven't seen "Spectre" either. And the release of "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" is just over a month away. I better get on it! There's so much to see. I can't wait!

Be Well,
Steve

Antonio Banderas jokes about cleaning up after a day on the mining drama 'The 33'
Antonio Banderas jokes he was still cleaning dirt out of his ears two months after he finished filming the mining drama The 33.

The 55-year-old actor plays one of the titular Chileans trapped underground for 69 days in the dramatization of the real-life, 2010 mine collapse.

To make the movie, the cast and crew headed to real mines in Colombia where they became unimaginably filthy, then found it difficult to freshen up after the cameras stopped rolling because the showers in their rural hotel had weak pressure and no hot water.

"5 o'clock in the morning at the hotel, you hear screaming. It was like a horror movie!" Banderas said at a recent New York press conference, recalling how cold the shower water was.

He also remembered how the real miners -- whose lives inspired the film -- gifted those working on the production with soap and brushes they swore would get them clean after a day deep in the Earth.

"After an hour and a half of brushing, you're all red, but you think, 'I'm clean.' Well, no. You go to sleep. You know the Holy Shroud of Turin? That's what we had in the bed in the morning. It was a negative picture of us right there. Two months after we finished the movie, I was still getting dirt out of my ears."

The 33 is in theaters now.

LOOSE LIPS:
"No one ever asks me out. I am lonely every Saturday night. Guys are so mean to me. I know where it's coming from, I know they're trying to establish dominance, but it hurts my feelings."

Blake Shelton rescues group of stranded men
Blake Shelton was called a hero after he helped out a group of young men who were left stranded after their truck got stuck in a mud hole.

The country star ran into the four individuals, Bryar Blanton, Lenyell Blanton, Josh Turner and Adrian Poplin near the Washita River in Ardmore Okla., on Friday while Shelton was driving down a nearby road.

"Me and my buddies were checking out the river, when some of my buddies [accidentally] slid into a big mud hole and got stuck for about two hours," Bryar told Entertainment Tonight of the incident. "Me and [my friend] Adrian started walking down the road [looking for help] and Blake and his dog, Betty, stopped and picked us up in his truck."

"He told [Poplin and I] to hop in," he continued. "Then, we went back to the river and he [Blake] tried to get them out with his truck," Bryar continued. "He couldn't do it, so he said he would be back in 15 minutes with his tractor. I was just like, 'Heck yeah!' and asked him for a photo with us. He lives about 45 minutes from me."

Bryar shared the photo on Twitter writing "Just wanna thank you for helping us yesterday man." Shelton tweeted back saying "No problem..Now you boys stay outta jail!!! Ha!!!."

Shelton last made headlines earlier this month when it was announced that he will be hosting the Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards in 2016.

Which actress met her crush Justin Bieber on 'Ellen'?

Diane Keaton was floored to meet crush Justin Bieber on Friday's episode of The Ellen DeGeneres Show.

The 69-year-old American actress and DeGeneres were discussing the 21-year-old Canadian singer when Bieber surprised Keaton onstage. The star was shocked and delighted to receive a hug from the heartthrob, asking DeGeneres, "Do you think he'll ask me out later?"

The TV host had presented Keaton with two Justin Bieber shirts and showed her photos of the pop star's recent Calvin Klein underwear campaign. The actress was in awe of the ads, exclaiming, "That is not possible -- I have not seen that. That is gorgeous!"

Bieber later performed "Sorry" and "What Do You Mean?" for DeGeneres and his fans in honor of Bieber Week. The songs appear on his new album, Purpose, which was released Nov. 13. The singer will kick off an accompanying tour March 9, 2016, in Seattle, Wash.

Keaton is known for such films as The Godfather, Annie Hall and The First Wives Club, and recently appeared in Love the Coopers with John Goodman. She will star as Sister Mary on the new HBO series The Young Pope, and voice Jenny in DeGeneres' movie Finding Dory.
