The Bellamy Brothers think Britney Spears plagiarized one of
their songs and they are going to hold it against her!
Sorry, that was too easy...
The Bellamy Brothers released a song in 1979 called "If I Said
You Had A Beautiful Body," which included the lyric: "If I said
you had a beautiful body, would you hold it against me?" In
Brit Brit's new song, "Hold It Against Me," she sings "If I said
I want your body now, would you hold it against me?"
Because of that one line, the Brother are planning to file a
multimillion dollar lawsuit against her for plagiarism.
David Bellamy, 60, explains, "Howard and I have no personal beef
with Britney. She's a talented gal. But professionally we feel
completely ripped off."
Crazy thought, but shouldn't they file it against the songwriter?

Aniston's Beverly Hills Home Goes on Sale for $42 Million...
Jennifer Aniston is ready to "simplify" her life, and is getting
started by quietly putting her Beverly Hills home on sale to the
tune of $42 million.
The actress, who just celebrated her 42nd birthday, said recently
that despite dedicating more than two years of her life to
renovating the Zen-influenced retreat, she feels the need to let
go of it.
But window shoppers beware: The home will not be listed
officially and only an elite group of realtors will have access
to the property, real estate sources reveal. The sources
confirmed the selling price.
Jennifer bought the home she calls "Ohana," a reference to the
Hawaiian idea of extended family, for $13.5 million in 2006. She
and her team tore it apart and spent more than two years
renovating it, and she moved in just before her 40th birthday in
2009.
Built on a hillside in 1970 with sweeping views of Los Angeles,
she told Architectural Digest the single-level home feels "like
a hug" and "vibrates with the love that created it."
So why does she want to move? Her epiphany came, she says, in a
moment where she woke up in London and thought, "my life felt
really cluttered."
"I couldn't sleep and I sort of had one of those moments where I
went, I really need to simplify," she said. "My life needs to be
simplified and clear out the clutter. And along with that thought
came, 'I should sell my house.' ... I had the realization that
this is just too much for me. I'm not this person."

Lee Ann Womack Has a (Funny) Run-In with the Law...
Lee Ann Womack won't soon forget her Friday tour stop in
Cleveland, Ohio.
As the country singer, who is on the road with George Strait and
Reba McEntire, left the stage, she came face-to-face with a cop
and a man with handcuffs.
"All I saw was this giant badge and my heart stopped," says
Lee Ann with a laugh.
What exactly was so funny?
Turns out, it was prank dreamed up by her entourage after an
earlier incident involving local security guards which had left
Lee Ann, 44, shaken.
That morning, she had attempted to walk her dogs around the
Quicken Loans Arena, and was told by security guards that every
area was off-limits. Not only was she unable to figure out how
to return to her tour bus, but she was also mistaken for LeAnn
Rimes several times.
"I swear I was so scared 'cause I had no idea what was going on,"
Lee Ann says. "After all of that, and then there's 'the law,' "
she says of the concert prank.
As soon as she realized the policeman on stage with her was
wearing the uniform of a British bobby, and the man with the
handcuffs was her tour manager, she figured out it was all a
joke.
"Then I just doubled over laughing," she says. "But they got me.
They got me good!"

Paris Hilton & Cy Waits Shop for Engagement Rings...
Paris Hilton recently told Ryan Seacrest that she's sure her beau
Cy Waits will pop the question. And based on a recent shopping
adventure, it sounds like Cy could be getting down on one knee
sooner than later.
A source reveals that Paris, who just celebrated her 30th
birthday, accompanied Waits to luxury jewelry store Jacob & Co.
in New York on Friday, where the duo checked out some serious
bling.
"They shopped for engagement rings," the source says. "They were
really cute together. Paris was making comments about the rings
and joking that her ring has to be at least 24 carats."
Although the lovebirds, who began dating last summer, did not
leave with an engagement ring, Paris did not leave empty-handed.
"She walked out sporting a $25,000 white gold and black diamond
encrusted ring," the source says.
When reached for comment, her rep says, "The couple were shopping
in New York looking for something special for Paris's 30th
birthday."
As for Paris, she recently told Ryan Seacrest her relationship
with nightclub owner Cy is "really serious." "I'm so happy," the
heiress said. "I've never been happier."

Joe Jonas sure knows how to charm his girlfriend Ashley Greene.
At her 24th birthday celebration at Las Vegas's Pure Nightclub
on Saturday, the Twilight beauty donned a form-fitting black
cocktail dress and sported a gold Chanel charm bracelet on her
right wrist. The latter was a gift from Jonas.
"The funny thing about it is when I got it, my boyfriend said
it's vintage Coach, and I was like 'Thanks so much.' And then I
put it on and was like, 'Oh my god, this is Chanel,' " Ashley
said, letting out a scream.
"It was very cute and sweet and adorable to me because my
boyfriend gave it to me," she said. "Coach, Chanel, [it] makes
no difference to him ... [But] I absolutely love it because he
knows what I like."
With Joe joining her at the soiree, Ashley danced seductively
with her boyfriend and partied the night away at the Candy Land-
themed bash, complete with oversized lollipops and an over-the-
top, three-tiered birthday cake.
Despite the sugar rush and the new bling, Ashley said her best
gift wasn't something that was purchased.
"I know this is cheesy," she said, "but the biggest gift to me
was having my best friends fly in to celebrate with me."

American Idol Alum Scott MacIntyre Is Engaged...
Scott MacIntyre, the first-ever blind American Idol finalist who
endeared himself to millions during season 8, has now found "the
one."
Scott, 25, and fiancée Christina Teich plan to wed later this
year.
They will also make their first public appearance together this
Thursday at the first-ever Idol Prom (formerly the American Idol
Top 24 party) at the Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood.
Scott, who finished eighth in season 8, struck an emotional chord
with viewers with his spirit of optimism in the face of adversity
and his heartfelt music. "Because of my lack of vision, I was
drawn to sound," the Redondo Beach, Calif., native said when he
was on Idol.
He debuted his single "Heartstrings" last winter and had a hit
with another song, "Christmas Angel," this past holiday season

It's Victoria Beckham...
Victoria is currently expecting baby number four with her soccer
superstar husband David Beckham.
The pair already has three sons, Brooklyn, 11, Romeo, eight and
Cruz, five, and they have revealed they do not know the gender
of their imminent new arrival.
She has now sparked rumors the couple will try for another baby
in the future, after telling CNN's Alina Cho, "(If I) don't have
a girl this time, then maybe I'll be lucky enough and have a
girl the next time."
But she is adamant five children will be her limit, because she
can't fathom having as big a family as Angelina Jolie, who has
six children with partner Brad Pitt.
Asked if she would have a fifth baby, she replies, "There could
be. Who knows? But a sixth? Well, I'm not Angelina. I don't
know. I mean, come on."
