Report: Beyonce pregnant with second child

Pop star Beyonce is pregnant with her second child by her husband, music mogul Jay-Z, the New York Post reported Monday. The singer recently said she would like more children and thinks her 15-month-old daughter, Blue Ivy, "needs some company" from a sibling. However, she has not publicly announced she is pregnant. The Post said Beyonce sparked baby buzz last week when she attended the etropolitan Museum of Art's Costume Institute gala in New York, while wearing a Givenchy gown with a high, belted waist that hid her midsection. The newspaper quoted unnamed sources as saying the pregnancy rumor is true, but details regarding the baby's gender and anticipated due date were immediately known.

Lindsay Lohan can't switch rehabs over Adderall ban

Actress Lindsay Lohan will not be permitted to leave California's Betty Ford Center and go to a rehab that allows her to take Adderrall, TMZ reported. Lohan checked into Betty Ford May 2 as part of a 90-day sentence for reckless driving. Lohan pleaded no contest to the charges in March and agreed to enter rehab, spend 18 months in psychotherapy and serve 30 days of community service. Doctors at the facility deemed unnecessary the actress' prescription for Adderall -- a drug used to control attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. TMZ said Lohan feels she needs the drug and has researched other facilities she thinks will allow her to keep taking it. However, law-enforcement sources told the celebrity news website prosecutors will not approve her move to another treatment center. "She had 45 days to find a suitable place. She didn't listen to her people and just did what she wanted, so it's her problem now," an insider told TMZ. "Not gonna happen."

Angelina Jolie says she had a preventive double mastectomy

Actress Angelina Jolie revealed in an op-ed article she wrote for The New York Times she had a preventative double mastectomy this year. "The truth is I carry a 'faulty' gene, BRCA1, which sharply increases my risk of developing breast cancer and ovarian cancer," Jolie, the mother of six young children, wrote. "Once I knew that this was my reality, I decided to be proactive and to minimize the risk as much I could. I made a decision to have a preventive double mastectomy." Jolie's mother, Marcheline Bertrand, died of ovarian cancer in 2007 when she was 56. Jolie, 37, said she had her breasts removed and reconstructed over the last few months in an attempt to lower her chances of getting cancer. "I am fortunate to have a partner, Brad Pitt, who is so loving and supportive," Jolie wrote. "Brad was at the Pink Lotus Breast Center, where I was treated, for every minute of the surgeries. We managed to find moments to laugh together. We knew this was the right thing to do for our family and that it would bring us closer. And it has." Jolie said she wanted to write about what she went through "because I hope that other women can benefit from my experience."
