RECIPE: ANGEL STRAWBERRY BANANA TRIFLE
*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*=

INGREDIENTS:
1 5-ounce package instant vanilla pudding mix
3 cups cold milk
1 (9 inch) prepared angel food cake, cut in cubes
4 bananas, sliced 1/4-inch thick
1 1/2 pounds sliced strawberries
1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
DIRECTIONS:
Prepare pudding with milk according to package directions.
In a glass serving dish (or trifle bowl) layer half the
cake pieces, half the pudding, half the bananas, half the
strawberries and half the whipped topping. Repeat layers.
Cover and chill in refrigerator 4 hours before serving.

VARIATION FOR ANGEL FOOD CUPCAKES:
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 12 to 17 minutes.
It is not necessary to cool up-side down.
When not using liners, cupcakes should be allowed
to cool completely in the pan. When baking without
liners it is necessary to have enough pans to hold
all the cupcakes at once because of cooling.
When using liners, cupcakes can be removed from
the pan turning up-side down on the counter.
Batter can be stored in the refrigerator for a
second batch when using liners. Only fill 2/3 full.
Most mixes will yield about 30 to 40 cupcakes.
