Here's the Scoop...

I hope you're having a nice Memorial Day weekend. The weather is kind of junky around me so maybe I'll head to the movies. Maybe I'll see "The Nice Guys" or "Captain America: Civil War" or "X-Men: Apocalypse". How about you? Are you going to the movies?

Amber Heard accuses Johnny Depp of domestic violence, seeks restraining order
After filing for divorce Monday, Amber Heard has accused Johnny Depp of domestic violence and is seeking a restraining order.

First reported by TMZ, Heard was seen in court Friday claiming that Depp, 52, has physically assaulted her various times throughout their marriage and presented, alongside her lawyer Samantha Spector, a collection of photos highlighting various marks and bruises.

One photo in particular shows the 30-year-old actress with a red mark around her right eye, which she says Depp inflicted on Saturday.

"This was not an isolated event," an unnamed source told People magazine. "This was only the latest incident."

In court, Heard requested a restraining order against the Alice Through the Looking Glass star who was away promoting the film. The restraining order request comes less than a week after Heard filed for divorce -- days after the death of Depp's mother -- citing "irreconcilable differences."

On Thursday, Depp's representative commented on the split: "Given the brevity of this marriage and the most recent and tragic loss of his mother, Johnny will not respond to any of the salacious false stories, gossip, misinformation and lies about his personal life. Hopefully the dissolution of this short marriage will be resolved quickly."

Depp and Heard married in February 2015 after dating for almost two years. Heard is seeking spousal support from Depp. They had no pre-nuptial agreement.

Which 'Saved by the Bell' star is back in jail after a probation violation?

Up to 7 new 'Power Rangers' films in the works, Lionsgate says
Lionsgate CEO Jon Feltheimer said he imagines the studio can make up to six new Power Rangers films following next year's revival.

Speaking with investors on a conference call, Feltheimer expressed his and the company's excitement over the new story, saying, "We could see doing five or six or seven" new movies, according to Coming Soon.

The new film, slated for a March 2017 release, will follow five normal high school students as they react to an impending alien invasion. In response to the global threat, they discover something powerful within themselves that might be able to save them all.

Earlier this month, the film's director, Dean Israelite reflected on the new Power Rangers story -- which will star singer Becky G as the Yellow Ranger, Ludi Lin as the Black Ranger, Dacre Montgomery as the Red Ranger, Naomi Scott as the Pink Ranger and RJ Cycler as the Blue Ranger -- saying their new uniforms will express "metamorphosis."

"These suits needed to feel like they were catalyzed by these kids and their energy, their spirit," he said at the time.

Production designer Andrew Menzies added the new suits will "grow" instead of being made or worn. "You can't win everyone over, but we are trying to appeal to a more mature audience and gain new fans," he is quoted as saying.

Power Rangers is currently in production in Vancouver.

Which 'Saved by the Bell' star is back in jail after a probation violation?

Saved by the Bell star Dustin Diamond is back behind bars following a probation violation.

The actor who famously portrayed Screech on the high-school sitcom, was apprehended in Ozaukee, Wisconsin on a probation hold according to CNN.

No new charges have been filed against Diamond and no other information is available at this time according to the Ozaukee County Jail.

Recently, the 39-year-old was released from jail after serving three months for recklessly endangering safety, possession of a switchblade knife and carrying a concealed weapon in 2014 following an altercation at a bar in Wisconsin.

In his first interview since being released, Diamond explained to his Saved by the Bell co-star Mario Lopez on Extra that he was only defending his fiancee Amanda Schutz and that since becoming free, he had a new lease on life.

"I want to put the tomfoolery and malarkey behind me... for that clean slate," he said. "Time for a change."
