Here's the Scoop....
A bodyguard working for Justin Bieber has been arrested after
allegedly becoming embroiled in a scuffle with a snapper who
was taking pictures of the teenage pop star.
Security guard Kenneth Hamilton was detained by police on
Wednesday after photographer Jason Nicholas accused the
bodyguard of pushing him up against a parked car in New York
City in November.
Nicholas claims to have suffered lower back pain since the
alleged incident.
Cops detained Kenneth this week and handed him a desk-appearance
ticket, which requires him to appear in court on a date yet to
be set.

Christina Aguilera Explains National Anthem Flub...
Christina Aguilera is well aware that she made a boo-boo while
singing the National Anthem opening up Sunday's Super Bowl XLV.
Singing Francis Scott Key's "The Star-Spangled Banner" live at
Cowboys Stadium in Arlington, Texas, she flubbed the lyrics,
trilling "what so proudly we watched" instead of the correct
lyrics, "o'er the ramparts we watched."
So what happened?
Christina opened up about the gaffe in a statement. "I got so
caught up in the moment of the song that I lost my place,"
says the star. "I can only hope that everyone could feel my
love for this country and that the true spirit of its anthem
still came through."
Prior to the performance, the veteran entertainer said she was
psyched to sing the patriotic ditty before millions of viewers.
"I have been performing the anthem since I was seven years old
and I must say the Super Bowl is a dream come true...I am really
excited to be part of such an iconic event."

Lindsay Lohan Says $2,500 Necklace Was Borrowed, Not Stolen...
Lindsay Lohan could potentially face several years in prison if
she's charged and convicted of allegedly stealing a $2,500
necklace, a case currently under review by L.A. prosecutors.
But not so fast, says Lindsay's criminal defense attorney Shawn
Chapman Holley.
"We vehemently deny these allegations and, if charges are filed,
we will fight them in court, not in the press," Holley said.
Lindsay, 24, will face a felony grand theft charge as soon as
Monday. L.A. District Attorney spokeswoman Jane Robison says
the report is unconfirmed.
The actress is accused of having walked away with a "one of a
kind" necklace from a Venice, Calif., jewelry store on Jan. 22.
But before police executed a search warrant on her home, the
necklace was surrendered to a local LAPD station.
"Lindsay doesn't understand how the store can file a police
reportwhen they let her borrow the necklace," said a source
closeto the actress. "She's used to getting gifted items that
are worthway more than that. And why would she steal a necklace?
She has tons of jewelry and doesn't need anymore."
She remains on probation and under random drug testing in her
ongoing DUI case and faces a Feb. 25 progress review hearing.

Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber went public with their long-
rumored romance on Super Bowl Sunday.
Although Justin was featured (as an older, bearded man) in a
buzzed-about Best Buy ad broadcast during the game, he was
far, far away from the Cowboys Stadium in Arlington, Texas.
The 16-year-old phenom and Disney star Selena, 18, hit the
pier in Santa Monica, Calif. -- and were snapped holding
hands.
The cute duo giggled as they realized photographers had caught
their subtle but undeniable PDA.
Although their romance has long been rumored, the pier pix are
among the first to document the relationship. They were spotted
smooching on a private yacht in the Caribbean over the New
Year's holiday -- and shared a "cuddly" breakfast at an IHOP in
Philadelphia.
Selena's official take on that breakfast at the time? "It was
pancakes! Oh my gosh!" she told Us, adding that Justin is "one
of my best friends."

Shia LaBeouf Handcuffed, Released After Bar Brawl...
Transformers star Shia LaBeouf was briefly handcuffed and
released in the wee hours of Saturday morning after an alleged
bar fight.
An eyewitness to the altercation at Mad Bull's Tavern in Sherman
Oaks, Calif., tells Us the Shia, 24, was taunted by a fellow
patron inside the bar before being "sucker punched in the mouth"
when their conversation was taken outside. A second eyewitness
reports singer Ashlee Simpson was also at Mad Bull's Saturday,
but her proximity to the fight is not known.
No charges were filed as a result of the dust-up, which dispersed
when local LAPD officers who happened to be driving by the area
saw the crowd.
Put in handcuffs while officers assessed the situation, Shia was
questioned and released shortly after 1 a.m.
When reached for comment, Los Angeles Police Department Sgt.
Taylor of the Van Nuys division confirms the patrons picking on
Shia "fled" before police arrived.
"It was just boys being boys. Things got really out of hand and
it didn't have to go down the way it did," Mad Bull's Tavern
owner Richard DiSisto says. "No one needed or should have gotten
hurt, things could have been dealt with in an entirely different
way."
Shia's weekend incident is not his first brush with the law.
Though the charges were later dropped, He was arrested in
Hollywood on suspicion of drunk driving in July 2008.

"Black Swan" director Darren Aronofsky has called on the Aussie
to look big for his new movie, and Hugh admits his new diet is
"rough."
He tells the Los Angeles Times, "I don't know how much I want
to give away about it, but Darren said with the last one (film),
'Hey, you looked great, but you're so tall that in those long
shots you looked kind of like Clint Eastwood, and that's not
Wolverine...' (I have to be) powerful, stocky... short and thick."
And he insists he'll look a bit like boxer Mike Tyson when he
steps in front of the cameras: "I always think of Mike Tyson
when he first came on the scene. Sometimes, he was a full foot
shorter than his opponents... (but) there's real power. You
said bulldog, and that's it exactly. Exactly. That's what I'm
going for."
