Here's the Scoop....

Amanda Knox is set to lift the lid on her murder conviction and subsequent acquittal as part of a multi-million dollar book deal.

Amanda, who was played onscreen by Hayden Panettiere in a TV movie, has signed with publishing house HarperCollins to tell her story in a deal said to be worth $4 million.

She spent four years behind bars in Italy for killing her roommate Meredith Kercher in Perugia in 2007, but her conviction was overturned last year.

A statement from HarperCollins reads, "Knox will give a full and unflinching account of the events that led to her arrest in Perugia and her struggles with the complexities of the Italian judicial system. Aided by journals she kept during her imprisonment, Knox will talk about her harrowing experience at the hands of the Italian police and later prison guards and inmates."

The currently untitled book is tentatively scheduled for release early next year.

Adele sues over fake sex tape...

Adele has launched legal action against a French magazine over false claims of a sex tape featuring the star, insisting the allegation is "untrue and grossly defamatory."

The Grammy-winning singer acted swiftly on Friday after editors at Public magazine published photographs they claimed were taken from footage of the "Someone Like You" singer.

Adele has revealed the images are fake and has vowed to take legal action against the publication, branding the report a disgusting lie.

In a statement issued to the MailOnline, Adele's lawyer says, "We are informed that the French magazine Public has today published images which it claims show our client in a sex tape. Our client has not appeared in a sex tape as it (is) claimed in the article. Our client does not appear in the photographs.

"Such claims are untrue and grossly defamatory. Our client is taking legal action in relation to this matter."

Brown leaves Whitney Houston's funeral early...

Bobby Brown left his ex-wife Whitney Houston's funeral just 20 minutes into the service in New Jersey on Saturday.

The singer joined his former mother-in-law Cissy, his 18 year-old daughter with Houston, Bobbi Kristina, and her cousin Dionne Warwick at the New Hope Baptist Church in the her native Newark to celebrate the life of the late superstar.

But Brown didn't stay long. He left the memorial soon after it started, before filmmaker Tyler Perry and Houston's "The Bodyguard" co-star Kevin Costner took to the podium to each pay tribute to the singer.

A visibly agitated Brown was seen exiting the church with his wife, Alicia Etheridge, and his son, Landon, from a previous relationship.

It is not known why the Brown left early, although reports earlier this week suggested Brown had almost been banned from attending the memorial by Houston's family.

Brown and Houston divorced in 2007 after a tumultuous 15 year marriage.

Whitney, 48, was found dead in her Los Angeles hotel room last Saturday. A cause of death has yet to be determined.

Cannon hospitalized again for blood clots...

Mariah Carey's husband Nick Cannon was hospitalized for the fourth time in three months last week after suffering pain in his chest and right arm.

The "America's Got Talent" presenter was recently diagnosed with acute kidney failure after falling ill while on a post Christmas family vacation in Aspen, Colorado. He subsequently underwent surgery in Los Angeles and returned for further treatment in January.

But Nick had to seek doctors' help once again last Friday following another health crisis as a result of his busy work schedule between New York and Los Angeles.

This time, he was diagnosed with blood clots in his lungs and an enlarged ventricle in his heart.

He resumed his work commitments on Wednesday and has now opened up about his health struggles during a candid chat on his Big Apple radio show on Thursday.

Admitting it was "quite serious," he explained, "I was trying to downplay it a lot, even in my own mind."

"I travel a lot. Anyone who flies a lot can be a victim to getting blood clots because it can start in your legs or your lower back (from sitting for an extended period of time). That, on top of my previous condition (kidney failure) made me more prone to (getting blood clots). I couldn't sleep because I was in so much pain. I was having a lot of pain in my back."

Doctors have warned Nick to cut back on his work schedule - and the father of twins is finally realizing that he needs to take better care of himself.

He said, "My doctor was saying that my work is going to kill me - and he's not joking. I think part of the reason why my health did kind of deteriorate was because I wasn't resting a lot and I was doing too much. I was overworking myself, working out too much.

"I always took a lot of pride in working so hard and never taking a day off. But I'm learning that it isn't the wisest thing all the time, especially being a new father. Not only wanting to spend more time with my children, but wanting to be there for my children."

It's Pamela Anderson...

The former "Baywatch" bombshell is being sued by law firm Glaser Weil Fink Jacobs Howard Avchen & Shapiro over an unpaid bill.

The suit was filed at Los Angeles Superior Court on Tuesday and claims Pamela owes the company more than $66,134 in fees plus interest.

According to reports, the petition claims the firm's lawyers engaged in transaction work for the model/actress in 2011.

Last year, a Las Vegas realtor sued her for $22.5 million for allegedly failing to honor an agreement to help him promote a condominium development. The case was settled out of court last month.
