'Dance Mom' Star Abby Lee Miller Charged With Bankruptcy Fraud...
Reality show star Abby Lee Miller of Lifetime's Dance Moms has been accused of bankruptcy fraud by the federal government.

In a statement published Wednesday by the Department of Justice, it was revealed Miller faces a 20-count indictment of fraud, concealment of bankruptcy assets and false bankruptcy declarations. If found guilty, she may face five years in prison, a fine of $250,000 or both.

"Criminal prosecution is appropriate when debtors corrupt the bankruptcy process through deceit and lies before the court," U.S. attorney David J. Hickton said.

According to the report, the Lifetime television personality, known for her "tough love" approach when coaching young dancers, allegedly hid over $700,000 in assets from the Trustee and creditors in order to restructure her dance studio in 2010.

"Federal bankruptcy proceedings can be a lifesaver for honest individuals overwhelmed by debt resulting from any number of legitimate reasons, but allegations of fraud and abuse threaten the integrity of the bankruptcy process and the public's trust in it," said Special Agent in Charge Scott S. Smith of the Western Pennsylvania's F.B.I. division. "We take our responsibility to pursue allegations of bankruptcy fraud seriously."

Miller's Dance Moms is a Lifetime hit show and led to a spin-off show and clothing line. Her provocative personality has made the show one of the network's most popular and most controversial. According to reports, Miller was sued twice for alleged assault but both cases were soon after dismissed.

Taylor Kinney Would 'love' To Work With Lady Gaga...
Taylor Kinney would be interested in working with fiancee Lady Gaga in the future.

The 34-year-old actor said as much in an interview with E! News published Tuesday. Kinney and the 29-year-old singer met on the set of her "You and I" music video in 2011, and Lady Gaga has since made her TV debut on American Horror Story: Hotel.

"I would love to do something with her," he told the website. "I met working with her. I don't know that we've done anything work-wise since. I wouldn't put that out of the realm of possibilities."

Lady Gaga plays Elizabeth, aka the Countess, on the FX series, and recently revealed Kinney encouraged her to take the role. The star said the Chicago Fire actor has been "exponentially supportive" of her foray into television, offering her tips to ease her transition.

"It was amazing," Kinney lauded of his fiancée's first episode. "I'm proud of her and I push her. I support her 100 percent. [Creator] Ryan Murphy has done an amazing job. The cast is amazing. She loves it, she really does. I think she did great."

Kinney and Lady Gaga got engaged in February, and the singer previously told Women's Wear Daily she will wear a dress chosen "for" her husband-to-be at their wedding. The actor plays Lt. Kelly Severide on Chicago Fire, which airs Tuesdays at 10 p.m. ET on NBC.

Christopher Lloyd Would 'love' To Do 'Back to the Future 4'...
Christopher Lloyd recently expressed interest in Back to the Future: Part IV.

The 76-year-old actor discussed a possible sequel in an interview with The Hollywood Reporter published Wednesday. Lloyd played Emmett "Doc" Brown in the first three movies, and told the magazine he'd reprise the role in a heartbeat.

"I would love to do Doc again, no question," he said. "It would be a real challenge for the writers to come up with an original Back to the Future story that has the same passion and intensity and excitement as the other three. But it could be done, you never know."

The first Back to the Future opened in 1985, with Lloyd as Doc and Michael J. Fox as Marty McFly. The actor said he'd immediately sign on for a new installment if Fox, Lea Thompson, Thomas F. Wilson, writer Bob Gale and director Robert Zemeckis got on board.

"I think regardless of the Parkinson's, [Fox would] probably jump on the role and he'd be great," he said. "I can't see doing another sequel without him. I would certainly want Bob Zemeckis directing it, Bob Gale writing it and the other principals being involved."

Lloyd and Fox recently reunited for a Toyota advert that sees them discuss "the future becoming reality." The full short film will be released Oct. 21, 2015 -- the date Marty travels to in Back to the Future: Part II -- which is being celebrated as Back to the Future Day.

??? Guess Who ???

The funny woman who has battled depression?

It's Sarah Silverman... She opened up about her experience with depression in an interview published Tuesday, ahead of the release of her latest film, I Smile Back.

Sharing her story with Glamour magazine, Silverman -- a seasoned comedian and Comedy Central star -- revealed she has lived with depression, on and off, since she was 13 years old.

"I was walking off a bus from a school camping trip. The trip had been miserable: I was, sadly, a bed wetter, and I had Pampers hidden in my sleeping bag -- a gigantic and shameful secret to carry," Silverman said. "My mom was there to pick me up...seeing her made the stress of the last few days hit home, and something shifted inside me."

For three years, the comedian said she battled depression and anxiety, skipped school frequently and started having panic attacks.

After that, she reveals she tried several anxiety medications for panic attacks and attended therapy sessions. "Once, my stepdad asked me, 'What does it feel like?' and I said, 'It feels like I'm desperately homesick, but I'm home,'" she added.

Since battling the mental illness that started in her youth, Silverman has been able to live with depression and said she "learned to control it, or at least to ride the waves as best I can." Her personal history, she reveals, is what "informs" her work because to her, "being a comedian is about exposing yourself, warts and all."

The Glamour article comes days before Sundance winner I Smile Back is released. In the serious flick, Silverman plays Laney Brooks, a depressed wife and mother who self medicates to get through. She reveals the role was not a pleasant one to play, because it brought her back to some "very dark years," but she is "so glad" to have made it.

"It may not have been fun, but it was the next best thing: It was scary," she said. "That makes you grow."
