Hello Animal lovers,

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and it's a shame I can't really bring myself to partake in the same way I used to as a child. Hey - it turns out that sugary cereals aren't really all that good for you (even when fortified with iron!) I liked nearly all the brands my dear ol' ma bought, like Captain Crunch, Reese Puffs, and my favorite - Golden Grahms. It's no wonder I didn't like the more plain cereals at the time like Kix (ew) Rice Crispies (they are good when they are covered in marshmallows) or Cheerios.

I probably still wouldn't like them, but I guess I haven't had a bowl in at least a few years. I stumbled on this video of a little gecko enjoying the heck out of a single cheerio. The little guy just licks it - all he's missing is a bowl of milk!
