Hello sports fans,

I hate working out. Not that I don't enjoy the benefits and
general idea, it's just tough to start a routine and get in
the gym on regular basis. I was floored when this new fitness
machine hit the market. The video highlights some of what the
machine does, but the point is that it is virtually stress
free. I'm skeptical on its effectiveness; however the idea
of a fitness machine that is perfect for those who are not
motivated -- or capable for that matter -- to hit the gym
is alright in my book. Check it out.
