I have put out multiple articles about the importants of proper sleep to maintain a healthy diet, a healthy mind, and a healthy life. But sometimes, you cannot sleep and if you're like me, you hate taking pills! So, below is a 2-step recipe for a quick sleep aid made naturally!

Ingredients:
-5 teaspoons of raw organic honey
-1 teaspoon of pink Himalayan sea salt

Mix these 2 ingredients together. You can use more of the ingredients to make it stronger, however, make sure to always have a 5 to 1 ratio. Put the mixture in a sealed jar. At bedtime, put a bit of it under your tongue.
